I ran this Chronicle from the summer of 1995 until winter of 1996. Set at Georgetown University in the early part of the twenty-first century, it followed the exploits of a pack of young Garou (and their associates), from the Sept of the Windriders in nearby Rock Creek Park, as they worked to carry out Gaia's will and make a name for themselves.

During the Chronicle, the pack fought Black Spiral Dancers, rescued mages from the clutches of the Technocracy, and encountered the elusive Fae (both Seelie and Unseelie).
